I tried to access the official South Park episodes today and I get the below picture.
Pretty funny! No doubt this will piss off the Scots, Welsh and Northern Irish but who cares about them? 
(I’m half Scottish!) A similar picture also shows for Canada, Australia and New Zealand but with appropriate characters for each!
